By making an enquiry, requesting a quotation, making a payment, or confirming a travel booking with Mumbai Travel Guru, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
Mumbai Travel Guru is a registered Travel Management Company with its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and a branch office in Thrissur, Kerala, India. We provide travel facilitation and coordination services, including:
Third-Party Supplier Role: Customers expressly acknowledge that Mumbai Travel Guru acts as an intermediary / facilitator connecting travelers with independent third-party travel service providers (including airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators, cruise lines, and visa authorities). Each third-party supplier has its own terms, conditions, tariff rules, and operational guidelines that govern the service provided.
You agree to use this website solely for legitimate personal or business travel inquiries and reservations. You must not use this website to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
You agree not to disrupt, hack, overload, or reverse-engineer any portion of the website or its interactive forms.
All travel inquiries, quotations, and itineraries provided by Mumbai Travel Guru are subject to real-time availability and price confirmation at the time of booking.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all passenger details provided (including spelling of full names matching government identification/passports, dates of birth, contact numbers, email addresses, and travel dates) are complete and accurate at the time of booking.
Mumbai Travel Guru shall not be liable for any losses, denied boarding, rebooking fees, or immigration penalties resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Airline tickets are issued subject to the conditions of carriage, baggage allowances, check-in deadlines, and fare rules of the operating airline. Flights may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to airline cancellation and date-change penalties. Airline schedule changes, flight delays, or cancellations initiated directly by airlines are governed by the airline’s policies.
Hotel reservations are subject to individual hotel policies, standard check-in/check-out timings, room occupancy guidelines, security deposit requirements, and seasonal restrictions. Non-refundable promotional rates do not permit cancellation or refund.
Tour packages comprise multiple coordinated travel elements. Unused sightseeing tours, meals, transfers, or admissions caused by traveler delays or early departures are non-refundable. Customized itineraries may have specific payment and cancellation schedules communicated during booking.
Car rentals and cab services operate based on defined package packages (kilometers and hours specified). Extra kilometers, night driver allowances, toll charges, parking fees, and interstate permits are payable as outlined in the service quote.
Mumbai Travel Guru provides visa documentation guidance and appointment booking assistance. Granting, delaying, or rejecting a visa is the sole sovereign discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Travelers must ensure they possess a valid passport (with at least six months validity from the planned date of return for international travel), valid entry/transit visas, travel clearances, and mandatory health certificates/vaccinations required by destination countries.
Mumbai Travel Guru accepts no liability if a traveler is denied boarding, entry, or transit by airlines or immigration authorities due to non-compliance with passport, visa, or health guidelines.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, hospitalization, baggage loss, flight delays, and personal liability prior to departure.
All cancellations, refund processing, no-show situations, customer amendments, and supplier disruptions are governed in detail by our official Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Neither Mumbai Travel Guru nor MTGURU (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall be held liable or deemed in breach of contract for any delay, disruption, loss, or cancellation caused by Force Majeure events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, government travel bans, border closures, war, civil unrest, strikes, airport closures, or severe weather conditions.
In such events, refunds or alternative arrangements will depend strictly on the policies of the respective suppliers, airlines, and statutory laws.
Mumbai Travel Guru acts in good faith to facilitate bookings with reputable suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from acts, omissions, delays, insolvencies, defaults, or bankruptcies of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators).
Our total cumulative liability arising from any booking shall not exceed the service fee received by Mumbai Travel Guru for that specific booking.
All content, text, branding, logos, layout designs, and graphics displayed on this website are the intellectual property of MTGURU (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or used under permission. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
MTGURU (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this website at the time of booking shall apply.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
